Location:
Approximately 5 miles north of Taos Plaza and 15 miles to Taos Ski Valley. Quiet, rural “Taos Type” neighborhood; convenient to galleries, shopping, and all our great Taos restaurants.

Views:
Absolutely outstanding! You can see the best view of the Sangre de Cristo Mt. Chain  Taos has to offer.

Amenities:
Private patio with furniture, lots of parking space, outdoor 6 person hot tub, TV on sat. dish /VCR/DVD, radio/cassette/CD, kiva fireplace, game room with ping pong table, laundry room with washer/dryer, private phone, and a great statue of the Hindu  Deity Lakshmi to watch over you during your stay.

Baths:
Three total. One large bath off the master bedroom with separate double shower and tub, also a double sink vanity done in beautiful terracotta colored tile. Second bath with shower, is convenient to both the second bedroom and also the living room area. Third bath is off the third bedroom, has a shower and cute little pedestal sink.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher , blender and an ample supply of dishes and cookware.  Two tables can be pushed together evenly to seat a group of  10.

Bedding:
Queen in master bedroom, with walk-in closet, dresser, private full bath and mountain views. Queen in second, with closet, dresser and bath with shower around the corner. Double trundle in third, with closet, dresser, and private bath with shower. The game room has 2 double sofa sleepers. This room is private with a door to close. Two twin rollaways are available This offers 8 separate beds for adult single groups.. Complete linens are provided for all bedding.

Heating:
Radiant floor heat (central) on thermostat.

Sq. Ft.:
2900 square feet in an open, spacious, light and bright floor plan. The living area, dining area and kitchen are central with the master and second bedrooms and two baths at one end of the house. The third bedroom and bath, along with the laundry room and game room are at the opposite end of the house. This floor plan gives maximum privacy to all guests. The hot tub is outdoors on the back patio and has great mountain views; entrance either off the living area or the game room.

Pricing:
$225 to $700 per night, depending on time of year, length of stay, and number of guests.

Policies:
This is a non smoking property; also, a “dog-friendly” home (sorry no cats, we are all allergic “ah-choo!”) on a case by case basis with refundable damage deposit and non-refundable cleaning fee.
