Small front portal with bench, large deck and deck furniture to the back -3 steps down to a grassy, fenced in back yard with picnic table and gas grill. Private parking for 3 vehicles, decorative fireplace, stackable washer/dryer, TV/cable/DVD in living area, TV in master bedroom, TV/ DVD in twin bedroom, Ipod/CD-Player/stereo radio, private phone, wireless internet and ceiling fans throughout the house.
Baths:
Two; one full off hallway between the twin and queen bedrooms and second (shower bath) off kitchen near the third bedroom with decorative fireplace and king bed. Beautiful talavera tile countertops, tin mirror surrounds and saltillo tile flooring.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and an ample supply of dishes and cookware. Great little breakfast bar with 3 wooden stools (or to use as a prep-counter). Separate dining area with round table and seating for 4 to 6 (room for a small table/chairs to be set up for 2 more upon request.)
Bedding:
Master has a king bed set up for bedding, trostero to hang clothes; kiva fireplace - decorative - we have added candles for atmosphere, and bath with shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and dresser and third bedroom has 2 twin beds or a king bed, dresser and closet shelving for storage. All have ceiling fans. Additional bedding consists of queen sleeper in living area.
Heating:
Central on thermostat with cellar boiler - natural gas/forced hot air.

Approx. 1500 square feet with a very comfortable/convenient floor plan, vigas, hardwood and saltillo tile flooring and a kiva fireplace. Private, master bedroom/bath is down a step and off the kitchen (with door to close). Queen and twin bedrooms and bath are at the opposite end of the house, off the living room. Dining room has French doors that open into the large outdoor deck and backyard area - yes you can see Taos Mountain from here!
Pricing:
$185 to $450 per night, depending on time of year, length of stay and number of guests. Weekly discounts.
